Trunk Show Terms

Happy Memories Quilts Trunk Shows are not products on consignment. Templates, Books and/or Patterns must be purchased in pre-agreed assortments. The requirement to receive the Trunk Show is $250.00 in wholesale product purchases.

Scheduling your Trunk Show is so easy to do:
1) Decide what month you want to have the classes. Keep in mind that the Trunk Show is always in transit the first week of the month that you are booking it for. A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your slot. This will go towards your $250.00 in required product purchases. If you cancel for any reason this deposit is non-refundable.

2) One to two months in advance of the Trunk Show we will work with you to place your order for templates, books, and patterns. This allows for any planning for you and any glitches in the mail service. We want you to have everything you need in plenty of time so there is no stress!

3) You will receive the Trunk Show sometime during the first week of the month you are signed up for via USPS Priority Mail. Check the quilts as they come out of the box for any stains or damage. Take a date/time stamped photo of any issues and send them to immediately.

4) On the first day of the month following the end of your Trunk Show, the quilts must be boxed up per the directions in the packaging and ready for pick up. I recommend you again take date/time stamped photos of the quilts. Happy Memories Quilts will schedule the necessary pickup with USPS and you will be notified of the pickup date and be provided with a prepaid shipping label. The quilts will be shipped via a pre-scheduled pickup with USPS to us or the next scheduled customer.
